About Ana

My coaching journey began after I experienced a complete transformation in my own mental and physical health. As every area of my life started to shift, those around me couldn’t help but notice - and I couldn’t help but talk about it. When I found myself fired up about self-improvement with anyone who would listen, I knew it was time to make it my work.

Over the past decade, I’ve coached a wide range of clients - from busy professionals and mothers to women navigating menopause and major life transitions. My approach combines biomechanics, mindset, and daily habit change to support long-term improvements in how people move, think, and show up in their lives.

I focus on practical, no-nonsense coaching that meets people exactly where they are. Whether it’s improving posture and reducing pain, building better habits, or helping someone feel more grounded and capable - my work is about creating impact that lasts well beyond the session.

In corporate settings, I’ve seen first-hand how this approach creates stronger, more resilient teams. Staff become more present, more connected, and more productive - not through pressure, but through a genuine shift in how they care for themselves and each other.

What keeps me inspired is knowing that real change doesn’t have to be complicated. When people are supported with the right tools — simple, consistent practices that genuinely fit into their lives - the impact extends far beyond the individual. It strengthens teams, shifts culture, and creates lasting momentum across the workplace. That’s what makes this work so powerful - and why I’m so committed to it.

About Matt

My path into coaching started through the lens of performance. In business, in training, and in leadership. I spent over a decade in the fitness industry leading growth and operations across gym chains and individual sites, with a focus on turning strategy into results.

What I saw time and again, whether in boardrooms or on gym floors, was this: performance breaks down when the person does. No amount of perks or KPIs can fix that. People need structure, clarity, and a clear path to feeling in control again.

People exercising in a gym, performing various strength training exercises on the mats and floor, with gym equipment like dumbbells, barbells, and weight plates visible.

That’s what brought me to this work. At Holistic Horizons, I lead digital strategy and business development, while delivering coaching tailored to men in high-pressure environments. Business owners, managers, and team leads. Men who are relied on by others but often don’t have the right outlets or frameworks to deal with the weight they carry.

My coaching is clear, direct, and rooted in action. I don’t deal in fluff or false promises. I work with people to build habits that stick, mindset shifts that last, and systems that make daily life feel doable instead of chaotic.

Inside organisations, this translates into healthier and more capable teams. Not through lectures or surface-level solutions, but by giving people tools they’ll actually use. The result is less burnout, better communication, and stronger performance built from the inside out.

What keeps me invested in this work is simple. When people feel better, they lead better. And when teams are led well, everything gets stronger. Culture. Collaboration. Results.
